Just because you grow old doesn’t mean you have to grow useless. While aging will make many things harder for you, daily exercise can drastically slow this process down.
Move regularly and stretch your joints to keep them healthy and strong. Squat, touch your toes, do pullups, pushups, and run or walk; keep it simple. Your body is designed to move in these ways and if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.
Keep yourself strong and healthy so you can be an asset rather than a liability to those around you and so you can enjoy life to the fullest extent possible, for as long as possible.
