Ecclesiastes Chapter Three

There are seasons for joy and seasons for sorrow, seasons for laughter and seasons for weeping.

Do not be disheartened when you are in a season of trial or be overly happy when you are in a season of joy.

Remain centered when you are in both, because they will come to an end; this life is but the blink of an eye, so how much shorter are these seasons?

Go through them uprightly and keep the law before you at all times lest thee pervert the law in joyous times or take the Most High’s name in vain while in sorrow.

There is always something to learn during these seasons, but if you act hastily, foolishly or are ungrateful, the lesson will pass you by.

Submit to the Lord, as one should do in every situation, and do not follow thy heart’s desire; for there is no comparable wickedness.

Stay centered, grateful, and keep the law before you at all times and the Lord will direct thee.

And as always, look above and say thank you no matter the season.
