If you took chemistry in school, you would have learned that everything is made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons, all vibrating and moving around in space and forming the elements of the Universe. Atoms are pure vibrating energy. If atoms are pure vibrating energy, and everything is made up of atoms, then at a molecular level, we are all vibrating energy.
I’m sure most of you have heard the terms “Good vibes only,” “That’s bad vibes,” or, “We’re just vibin.” And I’m sure some of you have felt someone’s “Vibe” and determined whether they gave off, “Good vibes” or “bad vibes”. Why do you think you felt this “vibe” or energy off them?
You felt them because people do give off vibrations that match their energy. They are neither good nor bad, but they are either high or low frequency. The mood of a person is determined by their energy vibrations and their energy vibrations are determined by their thoughts and actions.
Some emotions are a higher frequency than other emotions. The emotions we believe to be bad, or negative emotions are low vibrating emotions and vice versa for positive emotions
Emotions or feelings of anxiety, depression, boredom, anger, and fear are all examples of low vibrating emotions. Being happy, grateful, and loving are all high vibrating emotions.
When someone is in a low vibrational mood, you can tell and feel their energy vibration they give off. Most of the time that low vibe will have a ripple effect and cause that individual to act a certain way; frowned angry face, crossed arms, or being rude, are all reactions to that energy frequency they are at. The same concept applies to positive high vibrational mood. The mood someone is in (anger or happiness) will be present in everything they do which is why you can always tell what kind of mood someone is in. Some people are even able to feel other people’s energy as soon as they get in a close enough proximity to another person.
Luckily, there are ways to raise your frequency. Since atoms are just energy and energy is movement, all we must do is move. This movement can be big, or it can be small. This movement can be intense, or it can be calming. You can exercise, which is one of the most effective ways, or you can do any other sort of movement like yoga, chores, or simply walking. Exercise will shoot your frequency very high and very fast. Exercise will also keep your frequency high for a longer period.
The bottom line is this; atoms are energy that vibrate at different frequencies, when that frequency is low, they are vibrating slow, so by moving your entire body, you are causing all the atoms in your body to move and raise their frequency, thus raising your frequency and changing your mood.
